Good to know
Westside Cottage is a charming one-bedroom home with original character, including hardwood floors and a brick fireplace. The spacious bedroom features a Cal King bed, and the home includes a full kitchen, comfortable living room and private outdoor patio. This is an older California cottage rather than a newly built home, and that’s part of its character. It’s a comfortable, welcoming home base for exploring Long Beach and greater Los Angeles.
Other Details to Note
Westside Cottage is located in a residential, urban neighborhood of Long Beach with convenient access to the port, downtown and major freeways. The cottage itself sits on a quieter residential street, though the surrounding area is active and you may occasionally hear trucks or city noise due to the proximity of the Port of Long Beach. If you’re a particularly light sleeper or looking for a completely quiet suburban setting, this may not be the best fit. For guests who value a private home with character and convenient access to Long Beach and Los Angeles, it makes a comfortable home base.
